Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gym Bro Fitness Challenge mobile application and related websites (together, the “Service”) operated by Slydetech, LLC (“Slydetech”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate profile information. You may delete your account in the App under Settings → Delete account.
3. Challenges and group content
Gym Bro hosts private fitness challenges among invited participants. Scores, feed posts, comments, boosts, and reveal photos may be visible to other members of your challenge. Do not upload content that is illegal, abusive, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Health and fitness disclaimer
Gym Bro is a motivation and accountability tool — not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program. You use Apple Health and third-party food apps at your own risk and subject to those providers’ terms.
5. Photos
Progress photos you mark private stay on your account. Reveal photos you submit for a challenge may be shown to other participants for comparison and voting. You grant Slydetech a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the Service.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to cheat scoring, manipulate votes, or harass other users.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service for spam or unauthorized commercial messaging.
7. Intellectual property
The Gym Bro name, logos, and app design are owned by Slydetech or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to the license above.
8. Third-party services
Sign-in, storage, and notifications rely on providers such as Apple, Google (Firebase), and optional Health/food apps. Their terms and privacy policies also apply.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that scores will be error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slydetech and its officers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
